Employees activate his/her screen saver when they are away from their desk. No one can gain access to computers at D.C. Teachers. Everyone has his/her own personal password to gain access to his/her computer. Documents are shredded on a daily basis to ensure no one’s information is compromised. Member’s Social Security number has been removed from their statements.
