Please be advised that the D.C. Teachers Federal Credit Union (DCTFCU) was notified that two employees and a member who was present in our workplace on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 recently tested positive for COVID-19. In an effort to ensure the safety of all DCTFCU employees and members, and as set forth in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Covid-19 Guidelines, we are notifying all persons who may have visited the branch office on or after June 28, 2022 of the possibility of exposure to the virus.

To ensure the continued safety of our members and employee’s we will be temporarily closed to the membership and returning to an appointment only status with very limited access to the branch until Monday, July 11, 2022. We are encouraging our members to use the following methods to access your account: ATM, Mobile Banking (mobile deposits), Online Banking and the MAC line. Please contact DCTFCU on (202) 547-4800 if you need any assistance with the electronic services.

The Credit Union will close at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 7, 2022 in order to have the building sanitized.
